Personal central office line
Thanks once again. I have worked around this by removing the pcol and setting up the line as a trunk and routing it to the console and digital hand set. They did not really need a pcol when the process was reviewed.- JonHarv

Hello: I am trying to work through a configuration that exists on my s8500 switch. It involves personal central office lines. Am I supposed to be able to deliver a central office line as under button feature with only software programming or does it require hardwiring to the phone as well?- JonHarv
