I tried reset login admin and reset login INADS both came up invalid... anything else?

I was using ASA and it frooze BUT it stills shows me logged in. I am now at the sat terminal and I cant do any changes because the system still thinks Im login at my desk... Is there any way to kick my login off (I am currently logged into the SAT with a different one)

Thank you all... I will con't to keep you informed... AT&T had trouble with there equipment so they backed out of the test this morning and reschedule for the tomorrow morning. I did reseed the card yesterday... the trunk came back up but was not stable... and went back down.

I am working on a Definity G3i v4 and I have a board out on one of the LD trunks. When I did a test on the board I get an error code 1004 or Fail on test 136 and error code 1006 on test 36. I am currently on the phone with AT&T and Avaya will be my next call.... BUT I cant find these codes...

Is anyway aware of an issue with time running slow on the Media Gateway 8300. We are not using it for VOIP but every 6-8 weeks the site opens a ticket to fix the time. It is always slow. Any input would be GREAT!!! Thanks! JOJO

Don't forget on page 4 in the COR to grant permission to the COR of the user you want to Service Observe. If you have mutliple people service observing you can control it on this page also so people are not listening in on users they shouldn't I hope that makes sense?
