This should be an easy question for somebody. How do you set the time and date on a CTX 100?

I am trying to learn in a hurry the NEC Electra Elite IPK phone system. Evidently programming the voicemail requires separate documentation and a software program that needs to be loaded on laptop. Is there anyone out there able to help me?

It is happening to multiple phones...

This is a new install and it appears that occasionally when calls are transferred from receptionist, call signals station, then immediately goes to voicemail. There is no dnd set at station and no cf vm. I haven't been able to isolate any one thing that seems to cause this. Thanks for any help.

I can't believe I am having to ask this question. In going through programming of auto attendant I could only find two places....one to choose CCR, the number of rings and answer with disa. I tried the different settings and found the disa seemed to work ok but there seemed to be a problem...

Sometimes the local phone company is not sending a disconnect, or as I have seen, if the local phone company is at some distance from phone system the disconnect signal may not be recognizable.
