I am using the 4 port linksys router with my DSL at home and I am trying to connect to a VPN at work. The admin. told me to use IPSec and not NAT. (huh?) How do I configure the router so I can connect to the VPN at work??

I have a win2000 Pro desktop that cannot access shared files on any older 95 boxes. I can access the shares from other 95 & 98 boxes, but not on any with WIN2000. Someone told me there was a fix for this @ Microsoft, but I didn't find anything there. HELP!
