    I have tried to setup several ICD Groups and PS ring groups with existing ext. that work in other groups. No matter which group you call, you get a busy. Although you can call an existing group with no problem.

    I found the answer. Press the flash button, wait for dial tone and dial *50. This puts the 1st call on hold and you get the 2nd call. You can use this code for switching back and forth.

    We have a school with M7310 telephones in each room. They would like to lock the telephone so the students cannot use them. The teachers would like a code to unlock the telephone to make calls. Feature 936 is supposed to be the set lock code but we get inactive feature. Is this possible?
