can you be a little more specific? Does image ready use layers if so are you only selecting one of the layers when importing? are you compressing the image? what format is it when exported from imageready?

you could awalys try building the waterfall sequences as an uncompressed avi w alpha, re-import the file and then apply the echo filter. john

export it as uncompressed with alpha... or aparently there is a quicktime codec with alpha. You'll see the options for Alpha when you are adjusting your outpu options. For more info read the manual John
