    Make sure there is an Outlook client installed on the machine and then set up the ARS mail box. Right-Click on the Outlook icon on the desktop and select Properties. Add the Microsoft Exchange and Outlook Address Book services. Then click on the Show profiles button to add the ARS Profile.
