I have added the NR Reason column to a Private Agent Display and when the display is launched and the agent puts in a NR Reason code, it doesn't show up on the private display. Should I have added something somewhere to enable this? It is programmed in the queues.

I have just installed a Agent Greeting card and the TUI/FXSDN does not answer when called? The MADN on the virtual sets 'Key 0' is programmed as the same number as the FXSDN and it is in the CDB. Any ideas?

I contacted Microsoft and they gave me a username and password to download and install the patch. There was no charge!
