Is anyone running BCMS r2 v4 on Windows Server 2003 Service Pack1. I have a customer that has issues such as the server stops running, the real time text stops updating, and the clients will hang and the server has to be stopped and started.

Did AVAYA tell you that the caller id is lost dur to the IP trunks or the transfer process?
I am going to pursue this and if I come up with a fix I will let you know
