Palm III xe - trying to sync with NT4 workstation
Check in the control panel for a UPS icon. If it is there it may be configured for the Com1 interface, and thereby tying up the com1 resource. This will prevent the port from being available for HotSync Manager. This is the case even if you have no UPS. Just a thought...- JohnGrant
