Changing Splash Screens
Hello Group, Long time lurker, first time poster. I'm running Win 98 Plus, and thought I'd change wallpaper the other day. Well, after downloading it, I didn't like it, and changed it back. So then I go to shutdown, and the picture that I tried out on my desktop, is now the splash screen...- johndykeman
