You know I had a problem similar to this one time. I could not remote in with my computer (laptop) onsite or off site. If I remember correctly it had something to do with the order of the cards. I think I had to make sure the voice mail was in the last position - meaning the last card...
Ok, I think I got it now. Someone else was nice enough to respond and tell me to add the hands free button so I did that but, I'm embarrassed to say I did not realize how to use it until you just examined it.
