k, figured out the old version didn't like our 3cx server, changed it blank and then it stopped rebooting, I upgraded 2.1.7.1 and now connects to 3cx.- John Shotton

UC360 questions and upgrade
Hi, I just picked up a UC360 off of ebay and tried to set it up, it ran into a issue and gave the Andy with the triangle and rebooted, so I did a firmware reset to clear out all the settings and it's been resetting for about 10 min, which I thought was a long time, has anyone factory reset...- John Shotton
