Thanks for the responds. I founded out that the website host had a port scanning protect feature that banned IPs that to access the web server other than HTTP. I am not sure how that works. But got the problem solved.
Got this weird situation, hopefully someone can explain this to me.
From a static IP machine I can access e.g. 123.204.135.99 web page and also I am able this particular IP address.
But I cannot do the same from a DHCP machine, I got an pop up message from netscape "Connection refuse"...
I am currently using Netware 3.12 running foxpro 2.6 I have about 130 users.
The existing compaq server machine is getting old, is giving me a lot of problems with connections and also the data are kind of messed up.
I am not an expert in netware, but I need to find out what can be done first...

What this is, is a about 50 DTS package that I've created to pull data from Foxpro/Netware into SQL 7. So the owner for this DTS package is "domain/administrator", so what can I do to change the ownership of this package without risking the 50...
