receiving event id:202 at least once a week on one of our domain controllers. when i check the licensing, all licenses are gone and i have to re-add them. i have not been able to determine why the licenses disappear.

yes. new ip same old dns and wins ip. We block the ip and then do a ipconfig /release and then do a ipconfig /renew. we get a new ip but like I stated, the dns and wins ip remain the same. nothing is static.
