IBM Thinkpad 600 Error 192
I just had this same issue with my thinkpad. When I opened the case to replace the battery, I noticed the cooling fan(which is on the undersde of a large silver plate) was covered in a lot of dust. After cleaning the fan my system booted with no problem.- joebob22
