Re booted BCM after the IP change. Getting a connection status error and a red light. If I go in through https://localhost/rcc where would I make the IP change, I'm not on site, trying to help a friend remotely. Thanks for any help Joe

We had to change I.P. address on network. Went through wizard to change on BCM now RCC not working. Is there somewhere else we need to make a IP change?

I have a 201i 4.0 release that will not let me put PC anywhere on it , get an error that " you are attempting to put pc anywhere version 11 on a 201i and it is not supported" has anybody run into this? Thanks

update: just tried analog phones and get no errors, it's just the digital sets,things that make you say.....HUM!

Hello All, Last night added 6 ports to make total of 18 on a 4.0 C.P. on a 4.5 succesion 61C. Everything is fine except that sometimes/actually quite often you hit a port new or existing and when you try to put in a password or play a message you get a long DTMF( sounds like the key is stuck)...

Well we figured this one out, the code is actually *99989* which was one of the codes we had tried, my problem was the handsets and the base station were not FULLY charged.
