Ok so what is the advantages of splitting inot storage groups? how long would a defrag take, can you do it by storage group than the whole mailstore?

White Space? Do you mean providing more disk space for this? we have over 1 TB free to do this? how long would it take? we have a document archiver/management in mind, however we would like to defrag this store first also would sp2 do any good?

im confused!?! print manager? is this a metaframe app? I have always used a print server as the main point for printers - and they replicate/filter to the metaframe servers!?! or at least i thought..... I cant see anything on the web for setting default printers in metaframe xp

yes they are not being retained, is there a how to ...to set them up for default printer...or do u just do this.. when in a session, and select this as default printer liek u would do with a standard windows pc.

hi i can get directly to the b/e mail server! still no joy with the front end as such....

thanks i will look into that - further info.. when you open up the url, the certificate appears. which then provides access to the login screen.however after entering in the details - usrname/etc.. it bombs u out... but i tried entering in the url - and it worked successfully! without the login...
