    Upgrade IP403 (v3,1) to IP412 (v3.1)

Thanks, I have done this however I think the builtin ports on the IP403 mean that the POTS30 modules aren't in the same place when I plug them in to the IP412. Thus all of the old extensions are listed but not working and the POTS modules are showing new extensions. Is there a nice way of...

    Upgrade IP403 (v3,1) to IP412 (v3.1)

Hi, we currently use an IP403 running v3.1 with a PRI module, VCM5 (although not in use) and 2xPOTS30. We don't use any of the ports actually on the IP403. I have an IP412 which I would like to start using with all of the modules form the IP403 in an identical configuration. I naively tried...

    TAPI for Roaming users

This is my issue, the people in our call centre have practically no permissions on the machine, rebooting is a bit nasty. I'm pretty disappointed that such basic CTI isn't possible for a call centre environment. We specifically bought the system for the CTI. Does CTI Pro really improve things...

    TAPI for Roaming users

Interquartz and IP Office recall issues

I am having this problem on our two POTS30+ modules. Due to various swappouts of our main box, we are currently using an IP403 which says it is V3.0 (531). However our POTS30+ modules show as being V5.0 (531) - is this right? I am reading the versions from Manager->Units.

Does anyone have a smdr to sql interface

We wrote a quick .NET service application that connects to the IP Office Delta Server on the SMDR Port interface. This is very simple to use, to get an idea telnet on to the interface using something like "telnet IPOFFICE 8082" you will see you get the same format as the SMDR except it pumps a...

    TAPI for Roaming users

We have an IP Office R2.1 with all analogue extensions which we use in a call centre environment. We use a bespoke .NET application for outbound calls. Currently the users are having to manually dial each number (either using the phone or using PM). I would like to build in dialling...
