Backup Exec 12.0 Rev 1364
Exchange 2007
An Exchange user account on our system was deleted from Active Directory and a few days later I was informed that they needed to get some old emails out of the associated Exchange Mailbox.
I went through the BackupExec restore wizard and can see the...
Pretty sure he means the Client Side. If the address of the 2008 Server is in the DHCP Server line of an ipconfig /all on the client that means that you have incorrectly configured the settings within the DHCP manager.
Does DHCP work from the router if it is enabled? If not you still may have to set the ip helper/dhcp relay on the switch. Can you manage the Netgear switch or is it just an out of box unmanageable switch?
Subject about explains my whole problem. They start up just fine manually and will run until the next reboot without a problem. Backups both full and differentials are working just fine.
Oh, This is a single server setup.
Any ideas? It is really not a big deal, because I know about it and...
Nevermind. You got it, it just took a few minutes for the
"Message queued for deferred delivery" in the ESM 2003, 2003Server queue to empty out. Messages started coming in without the SMTP Service restart.
They are arriving from both OFFnet accounts and the 03 Mailboxes. Looks like it is...

I had finished the installation of my Exchange 07 Server and everything was working fine for a few hours (I migrated one mailbox to Exchange07). I'm not sure what I did but somehow I messed up Outgoing Mail on the Exchange03 box that is still housing the rest of my mailboxes. Thinking that it...
Thanks so much for the guidance with this. I have finished the server and had it working perfectly until I screwed something up on my 03 box. I am starting a new thread to address this problem.
I have always used the Enterprise versions in the past in order to use more than 4GB of Ram. I hadn't thought that since this is x64 I would be able to use it anyway. Since my media has Standard/Enterprise/Datacenter on it I guess I can install standard
It is an internal array. I counted wrong I have 8x250GB
I read your post before doing my raid config
Logical Array 0: 2x250GB Raid 10 (OS and App)
Logical Array 1: 4x250GB Raid 10 (DB Stores)
Logical Array 2: 2x250GB Raid 10 (TLs)
Windows 08 Enterprise Installation

Thanks guys,
After reading your responses I will shutdown the server, and possibly reconfigure my Raid as follows
7 Disks of 250 GB each
RAID 1 2x250 Drives for OS (250 GBs for OS and Applications)
RAID 10 4x250 Drives for DB and TLs (500 GB should provide adequate space for store DB and TLs)...
