I agree with trying to adjust your resolution, but I would also check for updated drivers for your monitor and your video card. Also upgrade to IE5(if you haven't already). Trying to make 4 Com ports work.
Ok I am stumped. At work I have a Gateway P5-166 w/32 Mb of RAM, 2.1 Gb HD, 3Com 3C509 NIC, STB Virge GX Video Card, and a generic parrallel/serial port card.
