If you are running on Linux and have access to .htaccess have a look at Rewrite rules, this would allow you to have www.domain.com/page/123 internally redirected to page.php?id=123

What I meant is that the calling window knows about the new window it's opened, via (I think) the document DOM, any other area on the screen will not as they are not associated with the browser.
I've not got the chromelss window option onmy version - is it something you have downloaded...

For the future, if I have a problem like this I right click on the picture on the browser (or the red cross) and then look at the properties. This shows you where the browser is looking for the picture.

This is standard HTML, insert an anchor at the place you want to go to. Then on the link use #and the anchor name.
The HTML should look like :
