Thanks for the reply! I tried what you suggested on both the computers and still no luck. When I switched permissions to 'None' on her boss's computer, she was no longer able to see ANY appointments at all (which makes sense). I tried playing with the different permissions and also switching...- jkder

We have a user who was using Windows 2000 and was able to see her boss's private appointments on his XP machine just fine. After upgrading HER computer to XP, she was able to view her boss's regular appointments but not his private appointments anymore. They are both using Office XP with the...- jkder
