403 V2.1(27) with Voice Mail Lite, calls ring to a Hunt Group with queueing turned on. The message (default)("All operators are busy...")plays for calls that are queued. Can this be changed, and the customer record their own queue message? Thanks

I am using external call forward using routes and destinations codes. A short burst of dial tone (that the caller hears) is heard before the number id dialed. Can this be changed?
