User intervention required - use printer offline
I had this same problem on our Philips NT Network. I did the following and it fixed the problem. Click 'Start', then 'Settings', then printers. Highlight the printer from the list that you want to print to. Then click on 'Printer' and choose 'Properties.' Under the "Details" tab...- jinky
