Thanks, friends, for the information. I've just found a free version of RPG for Linux - the Eraserhead RPG 0.0.6. For those interested, you can download it from http://www.tucows.com (search RPG). I don't know how it is because I haven't installed it yet but I'm sure it suits my (basic) needs...- jinihost
