Is there a way to perform calculations to a recordset? For example min, max, avg? I can do that in an array, but there has to be a better way than copying recordset elements to an array ( which I can't figure out anyway). Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks for the response guys. Peekay, I tried your solution. The splash form only goes away if the user clicks it or presses a key, which is great. Hope I'm not being too picky but I've seen others where they go away after a certain amount of time. Are the programs doing things before hiding...

How do you go about sizing a form at run time to fit a screen? When you do size the form to fit the screen, does it have to also be screen size in design mode?
