    That is what they have onsite both jabra and plantronics. I have already turned AGC off on the 9608 phones but it did not make a difference.

    I have an IP Office 500V2 R8.0 (44) that was recently installed. The customer is getting echo on their headsets. They have different make and models. All of the calls using handset and speakerphone is alright. Has anyone ran into this issue?

    How are the calls coming into the system? Are they coming in over T1/PRI circuit or CO trunks?

    This sounds like a supervision problem. I have checked the channels and SUPN is set to yes. Is there anywhere else to look that I might be missing?

    Both of the calls are routing out of T1 circuits. They are in the same route however. The NEDC and FEDC are already set to "ETH" for that route.

    I am unable to insert FTTU, FTTC, or FTTR in the CLS of the station. I get SCH0341 Unable to match input field with stored mnemonics. This is realease 23 software.

    I have an Option 81C Release 23 and I am trying to transfer calls offnet. I am able to perform a cold transfer but the warm transfer does not go through. The customer is making a call out of the system and then calling another location. They are trying to tranfer the customer to another location...

    Problem with Dialing In

    I was not able to access the system because I am not on there network. I had the gentleman on site status the logins and no one was logged in. This system is a G3R, so I think that there might be a problem with the TN1648B Sys Access Maint card in SPE A.
