I have an IP Office 500V2 R8.0 (44) that was recently installed. The customer is getting echo on their headsets. They have different make and models. All of the calls using handset and speakerphone is alright. Has anyone ran into this issue?

I have an Option 81C Release 23 and I am trying to transfer calls offnet. I am able to perform a cold transfer but the warm transfer does not go through. The customer is making a call out of the system and then calling another location. They are trying to tranfer the customer to another location...
I was not able to access the system because I am not on there network. I had the gentleman on site status the logins and no one was logged in. This system is a G3R, so I think that there might be a problem with the TN1648B Sys Access Maint card in SPE A.
