Well, even after digitally signing the program I am still having issues. How many people have heard of SANDBOX configuration in MSOffice? Well that is what they did here. I have to be able to run this program but still having issues. If anyone has any idea about how to get around them... -

HA! After days of trying to figure this out I finally found the resolution. I had to digitally sign the database with a certificate. Just saying that the application was good to go was not good enough. -
