Hi Folks,
I did some research and found out that
ARcserve 2000 with Client agent Build 840 (6161) is not supported and ARcserve 2000 with any ARCserve 6.61 agents will not work.
The think to do would be to install the ARcserve 2000 Client agent (Latest Build 350 ) with Sp4.

You can go to esupport.ca.com, log in as basic esupport user for no charge (or create an ID if you don't have one), choose Arcserve 2000 from the drop down menu
Scroll down to the bottom of the page
Click on "ARCserve 2000 Documentation" (it will ask you to log in)...
