got it working now. I had the LILO nmemonic programmed, but the dect phone couldnt identify the secondary dial tone. Have changed the tone, and now all is working fine. Thanks For the help though

Dect Phones!!!!!! Have got a dect phone logged in to Symposium, but cannot get it to log out. I get a dial tone, but when I press * to log it out or go on not ready, i get a null tone. Any Ideas guys

We have hit capacity on the amount of CDN's we can use, but are still growing in requirements. to remedy this we are going to move everything on to DNIS. Has anyoneexperienced any problems when doing this, or have any handy hints or pitfalls to watch for? Thanks James

How would it be possible for us to get agents to transfer a call directly in to a script without using a cdn (we have reached full capacity, so cant provide an alternative) the call will then pass from this script to another (which does have a cdn assigned to it) where the call is then queued...

you could build 4988 as a phantom, and leave it unforwarded, and then put a MCR key appearance on his phone so it beeps and flashes when the call is being made.

you could build it as a time of day announcement, set it for say 00:30 - 00:31, and then when you want the announcement to play, just change the time within the announcement to 00:01 - 23:59 (or however long you want the announcement for)
