There is many differences, but here are a few: 1) Digital UNIX (or now called Tru64 UNIX)is mainly Berekely based instead of System 5, 2) It is a true 64 bit oprerating system which uses true system clustering. 3) and it runs only on Alpha systems.- JimBob
