    Still missing fonts that do not exist.

    We have the same problem, and it has existed for as long as we've been using InDesign (about two years). Even when we start a new document from a new template, sometimes we get a missing font error...and it's on page "None." We have yet to find a reason for this. It hasn't caused a problem...

    Yes, sorry if I wasn't clear. I had hope for that suggestion because it was something we hadn't tried, but it didn't make a difference, either. The fonts we installed only show up as Helvetica 55 Roman, then as Bold and Bold Italic. I guess it could be worse...they could not just work at all!

    Yes,we installed the update the same day we installed the application. We don't use any font management software because we don't need it...we only use Helvetica, because we produce technical manuals, so the only fonts used in our documents are Helvetica Neue 55 and Helvetica Neue 75 Bold...

    In Design save as/file format

    Hi, Ian, You'll have to choose "Export" rather than "Save As". In the "Export" window, under the "Save as type" drop-down menu, you'll get other options: EPS, JPEG, etc. I don't think you can save as a GIF or PICT this way, however. You'll probably have to save as an EPS or JPEG, then save it...
