Thank you for your reply. I figured out the issue, it was a fault with the task flow to pickup the voicemails. Issue is resolved- jignz

IPOCC 9.1 CC voicemail script
I have IPOCC 9.1 with voicemail recording "to retrieve as CC voice mail" and then i have a script associated to various topics to call the agents back and play the voicemail this is works but on some new call flows and topics it is not working, I have voicemail files sitting in the folder but...- jignz
