Basic Admin Training Material
I forgot to mention that all the training material I've found has been free. The CD for Avaya MultiVantage Basic Administration Training is Issue 3.0 dated May 2002. Finding it has been the whole problem, and it depends who you contact or talk to at Avaya support.- jhwend
