Here's a few ideas:
If you have GW6 you can set them up to use caching mode and then burn a copy of the caching mail store to CD or DVD.
You could have them archive what they want to save and burn the archive to CD.
There's also a program (name escapes me right now) that will back up email...
No errors on the GWIA and the links were all good. Believe it or not the problem disappeared after our secondary domain had time to sync with the primary across the wan. It took quite a few hours though.
Thanks for the info.

After we migrated our domain to a new server all outgoing mail from our 9 POs stays in a pending status. We can receive mail fine. I've tried about everything but a domain rebuild? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

Does anyone have any experience setting up AS2000 to backup a Groupwise 6 cluster?
We're backing up all of our servers to a Compaq MSL5026SL Tape Library with two SDLT drives. The tape library is attached to a Windows 2000 server running AS2000 AE.
Any help or advice would be greatly...

Try adding the following key to the registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ComputerAssociates\ARCserveIT\Base\AlternateRPCPorts
Then add under the new key a DWORD for each server name with a vaule of 200 decimal.

If you have AS2000 w/SP4 then apply patch QO20824.CAZ.

I had the same problem and I was able to fix it with this patch.

I want to try out the migration wizard for Netware 6 on a couple new server boxes but I don't have any experience using the wizard. I'm looking for opinions/experiences (pro/cons) using the migration wizard to go from Netware 5.1 to 6. How is Groupwise handled? Any help would be appreciated.
