If you are using Cisco switches, you can limit the port to one specific MAC address.
If any other MAC address is detected on that port, it can be shut down immediately, requiring an administrator to re-enable it.

The command needs to be issued from interface mode. In my case, it is S0 (Serial port zero).

I am able to copy flash from a 2505 to my tftp server, and I can copy the running-config fine from the 2501 to the same tftp server, but when I try to copy the flash, this is what I get:
