    If you turn off system restore, It should run substaintially faster. Expeecially if it was upgraded. PS: this thing needs a spell check. -God Bless

    Hahahahahahaha! Ahhhh hahahahahahahaha! Feel the wrath of Microsoft! Sorry, this will probably happen to me to now. :-) OK, Try to go to folder options, go to file types and select the jpeg file type(or add it) and select the program you want to open it. Hope this works. -God Bless

    Yes, 450 mhz is too slow. Turn off System Restore. It hits the processor too much. If you had 600 Mhz, You would not know the difference. -God Bless

    This has happend to me also on some machines. Just for clarity, did you do the following: 1. Check Drivers 2. Check system messages using Computer Management? 3. Check to see if the drive was broken <- this was my problem -God Bless

    Try Bootvis.exe. It is a Windows Powertoy that re-arranges some files on the Hard Drive to make the computer start alot faster. http://www.microsoft.com/hwdev/platform/performance/fastboot/BootVis.asp -God Bless
