X11 protocol outward bound problem

X11 is not allowed ???
I just installed NG FP3. I have an application that uses x11. In the log file I get the following; X11 is not allowed through services '*any'. To enable, create an earlier rule that explicitly allows X11. I'm not sure how to deal with this please help Thanks- jestorga
