jet admin not giving netware screen
It sounds like you are using the old HP JetAdmin software. You should be using the new HP WebJetAdmin as this supports the newer JetDirect cards and the additional features found in them. HP does not support the older software now. You can find the WebJetAdmin pieces and documentation at HP.com.- jestab
