Thanks for the response tlpeter. I guess I was hoping to use the digital extension for a new user and not have to delete it. I have not been able to add a digital extension. When adding an extension my only option is to add a VoIP. I just took over this system and am trying to figure it out...- jertech1

Hello - A user relocated and is now using a VoIP phone that is twinned with her digital (still in the main office). I need to use her digital phone and port for a different user. Any help is appreciated.- jertech1
