It's been more than a year ago, but what I can remember...
After installation without any additional protocols,
you should start the board using the configuration tool.
Then it worked fine for me

Hi cuneyt2919,
I've seen the errors and found out there was no problem with T-Server but with the application link.
I checked the Genesys ticket-history and found the same conclusion.
When I had this issue, in a much smaller envrionment using G6.1, we have removed "ip-security" from the...
hi sjlambert,
I did this in BC 11, not really sure it will be exacttly the same in BC12.
I installed the Dialogic software using no extra protocols.
In the Genesys CME I added soem information in the "Annex Tab",
see "MD110 and Genesys VTS thread806-872809"
Hope this will help, let me know...
HIGH CALL RATE is related to the number off calls started within a certain timewindow for a LIM.
Thus when a LIM has to handle more than X (sorry no doc available at this moment) calls per second, you're reaching a limit.
However it has no direct relation to Group Links or Routes, there may...
You're using the adn method to route calls, unfortunally is my current environtment Genesys/Aspect, so there is no live reference available.
Did you confige the DN according the (T_Server) documentation, having the correct assosiations ?
(see 65fr_ref-ts_md110_02-2003_v3.02, page 15... )
You...
I've implemented Genesys 6.1 suite with in an BC9 environment and was able to route calls.
Have you had it working with and older version of Genesys or is it a new installation ?
It might help to install CCPulse to have a good idea whate really is happeing at the users place having both ADN...
Are talking about a 30 Channel CAS board, then you have to use the "IBM Direct Talk" option.
Install the drivers without adding any protocol and it work fine for the Netherlands.
Please check Alex or Dynatext for the correct number, because I cannot remember the right number.

whosrdaddy ,
ACD might not be an option for IP Telephony, but will it be possible CTI enable them.
This will allow usage of Genesys CTI Middleware including intelligent routing.

I've installed a Dialogic Board to support Genesys VTO Server and used the ICAT for IBM Direct Talk in a Dutch Application System BC9 and BC11.
Installed the Dialogic drivers without any (additional) prototcol.
Could test it with a program from the disk, named "Multitest" if I...
Keep telling be carefull , but it can be done by using:
UPDATE {table}
SET {field} = 'London'
WHERE {field} = 'lonDoN'
Note that all records matching the WHERE clause will be changed.
You may want to add extra restrictions using AND :
UPDATE {table}
SET {field} = 'London'
WHERE...
You can do updates in SQL Servertables directly,
but a backup of all is always a good idea.
Make sure you're able to restore a backup to !!!
The SQL syntax looks like
UPDATE {table}
SET field = lower (field)
will result in all data in field 'field' will be converted to lowercase.

Marco,
If there is only one destination,
why don't use an entry in the Number Analyses Table?
Assign a high traff value to the number,
which will enable an escape when the net goes down.
See NADAP/NANSI/NANSE in Alex/Dynatext for the programming details.

The CT adapter, i've also heard the name Personal Screen Call, will reroute the signalling from your digital extension to your computer.
It's connected in between the outlet and the extension at the telephony site and connected to a serial port at computer site.
This will enable you to...
You could consider to use a CT adapter and generate the customer list from your connected computer.
This option should work together with any digital phone.

Hi Bartjo,
I did use it in an multi-MD environment where systems where connected trough a Wide Area Network.
At the "central site" all the backups where stored to a harddisk using FTP. This was not automated, but always more accurate than the service providers 3 month interval saftey...
