Need help disabling write protect for my Mainboard, updating bios.
Firt of all, thanks for the help. I checked my motherboard and it's version 1.1 :( So now, I'm scared to flash it. It's working ok now except its showing the unknown CPU type and it probably doesnt use the full capacity of the barton cpu. Thanks again- jepoy001

Hello Jumpfish! I have the same problem with my 7vax. I try the Qflash and other updating program that came with the motherboard for the BIOS but it still have BIOS write protection. I was reading your post but couldn't follow your instruction. Can you please list a step by step instruction...- jepoy001
