Teekow -- Turned out that I needed to enable the node to use both h.323 and SIP, even though we are only using SIP trunking. Once I did this and synchronized, it worked properly. Thanks for your help.

Teekow -- thanks for the reply. The MOTN/BUID has been entered, and the NRS address, NCS checkbox, and NRS routting entries have also been configured. You bring up an interesting point about perhaps having to enable GK functionality, even though it's pure SIP. I may have to give that a try...

You will only see these log entries when an actual call is dropping packets. The systems uses missing sequence numbers to calculate the percentage of loss.
