    Are both computers running Windows XP???? I can tell that the connection: Local Area Connection Connected, Firewalled Broadcom 440x 10/100 intigrated controller is by the word Firewalled. if you have an older operating system then you won't have this option.

    Update: I cannot find any difference in the settings of each machine on the network. I think it may be something in the DHCP server and those two computers.
