Have you checked out taskLynx? http://www.cpts.com/tasklynx.asp They have a nice little app for $99 that syncs project with outlook tasks and allows you to assign the tasks to other outlook users. Then sync their status updates back into project. They don't have a trial, but for $99 bucks...- JeffShood
