Outbound vector
Hi, I need to create a call back vector. Is it possible? Outside caller calls into Avaya G3, message is played telling the caller that a call will be placed back to the caller's ANI within 15 seconds, then PBX releases the call, waits 15 seconds and then dials that ANI back. Can it be done?- jeffjeff
