    15-03-14 Forwarded Caller ID Display Mode was already set to "Calling Number". I set it to "Forwarding Number" and then set it back and neither one worked.

    That made it ring! Thank you, Shaun! Any way to increase the volume on that second line ringing? Or is that the thing I've read that's a percentage of the primary ringer volume and is unchangeable?

    I have an SV8100 system with non-IP phones, mostly DT300s. At our main reception, when a second call comes in, there's a very faint off-hook beep heard on her phone, but I would like the to do a regular ring, or at least be louder. Boss wants the person at the next desk to be able to hear it...
