If you are using Outlook try changing your new mail format option to start new messages in Rich text as opposed to HTML or Plain text. That worked for me.

Hi Dropkick! That's what I keep reading everywhere, only one slight issue. I had them there until today. I right clicked and hid them in error. So there must be a way. hummmm.....
