i would just use a call-fwd button to send calls to 8489. That would be the easiest.- jcohrt

Send Calls Button
The send-calls button sends the calls to your coverage path (usually voice-mail). You can change you CP to point to an extension if you like but a better way to do it might be using call forward. jamie- jcohrt
